in fear of looking at them
in the eye.

Anxiety is stuttering
when asked a question
and quickly looking
to the floor.

Anxiety is walking
into class with your
head faced down
looking for a seat in the

Anxiety is covering
your face with your

sprinting across after
spotting a dog.
