Ladina Brunner Sonnet

Gay Love

Why can't love be equal for everyone?
People love each other no matter what
A grandfather despising his grandson
So many people keeping their mouths shut

People are hurt for loving who they want
Living a lie to fit into the crowd
Furious but appearing nonchalant
Teens feeling like they are being plowed

People say gay love is not natural
But they can't make decisions for others
Humans are pure, just being factual
Every child should be loved by their mother

Loving others unconditionally,
oh what a better place the world would be

  1. I think you used a great range of Vocabulary, very deep and well written. I think you should use this for your Summative

  2. I love how this is a bit like a rap song; the beat is really good. I like how you used your love poem about gay love. It's unconventional but it really works! Your structure follows the Shakesperian sonnet and it really flows well.
