I am from Poem

Hi, my name is Kai

Now listen closely

`cause who am I?

I will tell you slowly

Europe, that’s where I come from

Germany, that’s where I belong

Munich, that’s even closer

However my mother and father

Rather come from further north

I have two annoying relatives

Who are bittersweet little sisters

They bite , they fight, they cry

Oh my, I’d like to fly away

On the other hand my parents

Who are always finding

My mistakes

They’re so much better

They don’t fight like children

My grandparents are very sportive

Even though they’re old

They tend to be so active

So they’d never be to old

I also have my hobbies

Which I will not to never forget

To never forget the tone

Of my sweet saxophone

To never forget the feeling

When looking left and right

Felling the wind briskly blowing

When I’m going on my bike

  1. I really like the rhyme of the first stanza- its a great hook, and how you called your sisters bittersweet, I like how you described the wind briskly blowing, I think the way you included germany and your family was good :)

  2. I like that your telling where you come from step by step. You started in Europe and ended near by munich.

  3. Your description of riding the bike was really good. It was extremely well written and the words flow well together.
