I am from my mother's womb

I am from an early morning

I am from Driebergen and Copenhagen
1/4 Danish, 3/4 Dutch
I am from two cultures
No problem to adjust

A family that wasn't poor
I am from rich with love and care
With parents always there
I am from candy on my bread
And cheese the best there is
I am from hazel-chocolate spread
And also good fresh fish
I am from being frugal
Don't spend more than must
I am from fixing what was broken

I really like how there are two meanings in line 11, as it could mean being rich with Money or being rich with love. -Verena
ReplyDeleteI do really like the ending, it tells on one hand about you and your feeling and on the other that everybody should have see it and been there. Attending to that I like the vocabulary you have used.
